The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 2a, line 11, by striking,

“(b)(1) If no mental hygiene commissioner, no designated county magistrate, and no circuit judge is unavailable or unable to be contacted,”

and inserting the following:

“(b)(1) If no mental hygiene commissioner, designated county magistrate, or circuit judge is available or able to be contacted,”
